He has tested OLWS positive and therefore, as his blue eye suggests, is carrying the Paint Overo gene.

Mighty Awesome has produced Many World Champions  and Reserve World Champions and passes on his placid nature to his offspring. Blue has inherited this placid nature from his dam.

NEWS FLASH !!! We were deeply saddened recently, to learn that Blue's Grand Sire Mighty Awesome had passed away.    

An article in the August 2009 American Paint Horse Journal contained the opening sentence...... "When the news broke on May 5, the Paint industry wept." 

We feel so lucky to own a stallion who is one of Mighty Awesome's grand babies and to now be expecting a foal crop consisting of many of his great grand babies is truly rewarding.   It gives you goosebumps

Blue will be standing to outside mares for the 2010 season for a fee of $900 total, of which $250 is a non refundable, deductable, booking fee.

We feel very privelaged to now own this beautiful boy.   It is very exciting to have a stallion of this calibre available to our SA mares.  We are confident he will sire some outstanding foals and look forward to the safe arrival of his 2009 foal crop.

We would like to congratulate Erwin & Leonie Thaller of Keyneton SA on winning a service  from Blue at the 2009 S.A. PAINT HORSE STATE SHOW with their filly WYANDAH BLUE BONITA.  She won Paintbred Champion Mare/Filly. She also won the Paintbred Weanling Futurity and Supreme Paint Bred Exhibit.

The service was used on their Bay QH mare Wyandah Romantic Oak.

Fingers crossed for a lovely coloured foal in 2010.
